Ingredients:
2 Tbsp of oil mustard seeds
1/2 Tsp fennel seeds
1/2 Tsp garlic cloves
5 2 sprigs of curry leaves
green chilis 3
3 pieces of pandan leaves fenugreek seeds
1/2 Tsp 1 piece cardamom stick
tomato 1 Medium seized
3 boiled eggs
Jaffna curry powder 2 1/2 Tbsp
1 Tsp of salt
tamarind juice(15 grams) water 2 cups or 500 ML 1 tin fish Or 300 Grams
